Welcome! I'm Jeni Campbell, a yoga instructor and meditation guide passionate about helping others find peace and healing.
Originally from the East End of London, I moved to Kent at 14. Throughout my life, I've been driven by a desire to improve, but often from a place of fear and self-criticism. Despite working as a fitness instructor and personal trainer, I never felt "enough" and struggled with stress, especially as a single mother. This led me on a spiritual journey.
Yoga teacher training was a turning point, helping me manage stress and improve my well-being. I later studied NLP, hypnosis, advanced coaching, and somatics, including a 4-year yoga and philosophy program in Canada. Through these experiences, I discovered how my mind's constant pushing left me exhausted and disconnected. Learning about the "inside-out" understanding helped me let go of old habits and connect more deeply with my soul.
Now, I teach yoga and meditation with a focus on healing from stress, trauma, and addiction. I work with a variety of groups, including youth with cancer, men’s mental health, and in prisons, and I offer private sessions and tailored programs at my studio in West Malling. I also integrate sound healing into my sessions, as its powerful effects are becoming more widely recognized.
I’m excited to continue my own journey and help others find inner peace, confidence, and fulfilment in a way that suits their lives.
