About Jeni

I’m Jeni Campbell, founder of Inspired in Life and creator of The Inspired Method.

I help people quiet the mind, settle the body and reconnect with who they really are.

My work brings together coaching, therapeutic movement, breath, meditation, sound healing and nervous system support. It is for people who feel anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected or exhausted from trying to fix themselves.

For many years, I searched for peace through self-improvement, fitness, healing, personal development, training, tools and trying to become a better version of myself. What I eventually saw was that peace, clarity and wisdom were not somewhere outside me to find — they were already underneath the noise of overthinking, fear and old conditioning.

That understanding changed everything.

Now I support others to come home to themselves too. Not by pushing harder, fixing the past or forcing change, but by gently seeing what has kept them stuck, settling the body and reconnecting with their own inner wisdom.

I work with individuals, groups, organisations and communities through courses, weekly practices, 1:1 support, retreats, sound journeys and nature-based experiences.

My work is grounded, intuitive and practical — helping you move from survival, stress and self-doubt into more peace, clarity, confidence, freedom and aliveness.

No, you will only ever be asked to work to your body’s own limits and all of my classes / sessions are suitable for yoga beginners.

No, in my sessions I will teach you to move in ways that will increase your mobility and flexibility in a safe and healing way.

Wear clothes that are comfortable and that you can move easily in. We practice without shoes.
